After graduating with Magna Cum Laude honors from Florida State University in 1985, he embarked on his professional journey in the pool industry. Guided by his father, a respected industry figure, he gained invaluable experience and insights into the dynamics of the pool industry.

Following a year in New York, he returned to Florida, where he expanded his services to meet the year-round demand for swimming pool services. With his father's business model as his foundation, he successfully served clients in Florida through pool retail stores and service companies. As his reputation grew, he confidently extended his services to the southeastern region.

In 1996, fueled by ambition, he expanded his business to Atlanta and, subsequently, into the western United States in 2002. Demonstrating strategic vision, the Associates expanded into the northeastern region in 2014 and ventured into Texas in 2021, solidifying its national presence.

With a team of over 35 employees nationwide, he emphasizes the importance of a positive work culture, prioritizing employee well-being and family values. He fosters a collaborative environment, placing a strong emphasis on nurturing critical vendor relationships for company success.

His commitment to excellence has earned him multiple sales awards, including the prestigious "Salesman of the Decade" title from CMP. He is also celebrated in academic and professional circles as a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma Business Honor Society, Alpha Mu Alpha, and the Marketing Society.

Outside of work, his passion for sports, particularly FSU Football, Tampa Bay Bucs Football, and Tampa Bay Lightning hockey, is evident. As a season ticket holder, he actively supports his teams, finding immense joy in the thrill of victory. Additionally, he indulges in coin collecting, adding an intriguing facet to his versatile personality.

Philanthropy is integral to his life, as he and his company consistently support numerous charitable causes, including Metropolitan Ministries, Feeding Tampa Bay, and the Ronald McDonald House Charities. He holds a special place in his heart for charities teaching children how to swim, aligning with his professional industry.
